| Reservations
A 50% deposit is necessary to hold a reservation
and the balance is due before the tour departure. You can call us with
a credit card number, fill out the form below and submit it online,
or print it and then fax or mail the completed form.We will contact
you for payment details. Once your deposit has been processed, we will
send you a confirmation packet containing an itinerary, a packing list
of what to bring, a billing statement, a liability release form, a map
and a registration form. On the registration form you can indicate any
health or dietary restrictions. Please be prepared to answer the questions
on the form below when calling in any reservations.

| Cancellation
and Refund Policy
When notified at least 30 days prior to tour
date, all payments are refundable less a $25 handling fee. For cancellations
received between 30 and 14 days prior to tour date, deposits are non-refundable.
For cancellations received less than 14 days prior to tour date, no
monies are refundable. Rhino Ridge Outfitters reserves the right to
cancel any trip for any reason. Full refunds will be made for cancelled
tours. Rhino Ridge Outfitters is not responsible for non-refundable
transportation expenses.
Participants must be 18 years of age or older unless
accompanied by a parent or guardian.
